Indonesians are not ready for new technology.

Indonesians aren’t ready for new technology. The word Indonesians is plural which involves many segment and group of people. It is refer to all people who are mature enough to communicate with other people. So all people who are mature enough to communicate with other people are not ready for new technology.
The first issue would be the understanding of CVT and automatic transmission. At Tuesday 22/01/08 a car fell off from 8th floor Jamsostek parking lot and another example would be the reported motorcycle accidents which are increasing rapidly and shows no signs of pattern. This is a serious matter. Understanding the automatic transmission in every application would decrease accidents rate.
Second would be the use of internet and it applications. Internet often used as tool for group of people who are promoting sex. Many of these are illegal and the content are easily accessed by young people and this might encourage them to copy the acts from what the saw. Indonesians are very fragile in this matter. The law and technology seems had no effect at all on controlling sex over the internet.
Third would be the use of mobile communicating devices. This of course another extreme example of unprepared condition of people countering new technology. The mobile devices would include cell phones, laptop, Bluetooth device, camera, handycam and ect. The short messaging service are frequently abused by sending inappropriate languages and mocking. Private miscalls are also disturbing as people like to discreet. Loud ring tones in meeting and teaching session can be very annoying.
In summary, Indonesians aren’t ready for new technology and this might be heavily attach with education and mental condition which are also affected by economic conditions of our country.
